Hi, my name is Eddie Colson

I am a real estate investor here in Baltimore. I buy and sell houses in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. I have been doing this since I left high school and have been successful. I am considered one of the youngest investor here in Baltimore.

I being an internship with a real estate investor while at University of Baltimore. It is there I found my true calling. I saw how he helped people out of their mortgage and profit in the process. I learned fast, and began doing deals on my own, since then at the age of 18, I have owned a few houses here in Baltimore, and I have done multiple wholesale deals. I am now 30, and I consider myself an expert in buying and selling real estate using different strategies and methods.

I have mentored and coached a few people and they have gone on to be successful. Now I want to teach you how I did it and how you too can make the kind of money that I have enjoyed making.
